What is ToddzWear?

ToddzWear actually means Toddler's Wear. It is an online shop to sell baby clothes for the princes and princesses aged 0 to 3 years old.

Note: Toddlers actually refers to babies aged 1-3 while those younger are referred as infants.



How to order?

1) Found something that you like? - Note the item number
2) Fill in the ordering form to order for the item
3) ToddzWear will contact you to confirm the order.
4) Payment will be made through fund transfer
5) Item will be mailed out / arranged for collection



Terms and Condition
All prices are fixed and non-negotiable.

There will be no reservations of items, its based on a first come first serve basis. Priority will be given to those who make payments first.

Once an order and payment had been made, there will be no cancellation and refunds. Orders will be sent out accordingly.

Conditions of chosen items are checked before sending out. Therefore, there will be no refunds.

Please note that the colours of the items may differ due to photography lighting or computer resolutions.

We make an effort in our packaging to secure your chosen items. Therefore, we will not be responsible for any loss or damaged during postage.

Price is subject to changes without notice.

Payments are to be made within 24 hours, if not orders will be deemed cancelled.

Why should I buy online?

Where does the products clothing come from?
>It comes from our overseas trusted suppliers which provides various comfortable and quality products.

What can I do if I do not know how to make a fund transfer?
>No worries for that. We can arrange for meetups at selected locations or delivery (at a small chargeable amount).

Mailing? Is it safe?
>Normal mailing charges will be absorbed by us. We would encourage you to opt for the registered mail should you feel insecure about it. (The maximum liability of SingPost for other contents is limited to Singapore Dollars Sixty-Eight (S$68.00) per article or the declared value of the content, whichever is lower.)

What about mailing overseas?
>We are considering that at the moment and will update when it is ready.

I find that your items expensive.
>As there are so many eShops around and we are facing high competition, we have already priced the items at the most reasonable. However if you are looking at bulk purchases, further discounts would be possible.

What about the refund policy?
>We do not do refunds, but we have 5 day exchange policy. (Starts from the day that item is mailed out / hand delivered to recipient)

I noticed that your photos are edited.
> Yes they are edited to minimize the colour difference between the photos and the actual product.
